This actually came with the printer and the company instructs you to do this for long term storage. I have heard that distilled water could be used, however, I don’t use that. Also, I’m sure it depends on how long it will be left in this state. Good luck! 🥰

Not yet, I am however about to change the printhead ribbon because I’m not getting any ink.

Good luck, mine stopped working after 3 months.

@@MiaMcCloudFocussame I had my in vacation mode and the white clogged support was no help n basically told me I needed to replace the print head
