Out of all the interviews, to me this was the most relatable and inspiring. We wake up the same time we have a full schedule, he had average first experiences. And felt the same starting MAF. I liked how his weekly mileage was average when most feel like you have to run 50+.Just beautiful and really gives me hope. Some people are just freaks of nature and some interviews, the person would have already ran multiple marathons or ultras by the time they start MAF.so I felt like they were just sharpening their Arsenal Or you have someone who runs 4+ hr marathon then starts MAF and 6 months later runs 3:15. I liked how his times increased decreased then increased when done right. Great job all the way around👏🏾

This guy is from my neck of the woods. It’s good to hear the mild southern accent of home.

Great interview. As an average Joe, around the same age as Bobby, with Boston qualifying dreams, I found this inspiring and practical.

Good inspirational talk. I have a few things in common with Bobby. We are the same age and I am running marathons at the pace he did before he started the MAF training. It give me hope that I can BQ also. But here are some topics you missed. Does Bobby have a stretching routine? If so, what does he do and when does he do it? Does he incorporate weight training? How about speed work or even strides at the end of a run? How does he go about the taper? Thanks!

I’m 10 weeks out for my first marathon, I’ve been struggling with injuries and actually now recovering from deep gluteal syndrome after tweaking my form.. can I start implementing Maf180? Or is it best to stick to what I’ve been doing?
