I ran with the second fastest mile runner in the world ,for age group 60/65 ,Paul Forbes ,5:10 ,I held on for maybe 50 metres ,but actually was suprised I could do that I’m 53 ,it was such a cool experience,he was such a nice man ,really interested in what I was doing 🤓🤪🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿Edinburgh
