I have a huge decision to make. I am not going to play soccer in college but I am doing XC and T&F, I’m going into my sophomore year and I have won state the past two years for soccer. I want to try track but also don’t want to abandon my soccer teammates because I’m the best wing on the team. This is the biggest decision I’ll have to make so far.
For some reason. This mysterious tv person kinda reminds me of the tv men from the Skibidi Toilet series since he has a vintage-looking tv as a head/mask. This is just my opinion so don’t take it serious how im talking about a gen alpha meme reference.
Im watching a lot of W&M videos rn because it is one of the schools at the top of my list but I don’t graduate hs until 2027 so Im not sure if im going yet but its one of my favorites! Great video btw
As a girl, I started out running 27 and ended up running my PR of 23:00. Wanted to break 23 and came so close, but we will be doing it this cross country season.
Last month I ran i 5k in 22:18.74, then I found this course on my road that was 1.05 miles and then I made a training plan for a sub 22 minute 5k which I had disbelief that I could break 22 minutes then it was race day and I run a 20:53.78.
Day 711 of waiting for Zach to make another video. Come on just keep doing random fun running related videos like Tyler Speers! Literally any random "challenge" or "world records". Anything!
They would’ve said you were crazy for staying. I think you literally got kicked out of college. Peace be with you. There’s a tidal wave of crazy stuff we are effected by. See how you’re not crazy? What if you were forced to stay, forced to LOOK insane. - Desperately trying to fix things, ,Vermont.
this video is a bit old but there is more recent data to suggest that running double runs is not worse than running 1 long run. it all depends on factors for your training but if you have the option of time being able to run 1 ten mile run or 2 seven mile runs i'd always recommend the athlete run 2 seven mile runs at the end of the day more mileage at the end of the week will be more beneficial to your aerobic base, aka time on feet.
