I don't like populating it with candidates. One of the pleasures of this game is hunting for possible candidates yourself. I like solving a puzzle with as less aids as possible from the software, kinda as if I was doing it on paper
You could do a whole series on Hudoku TL. I think it was either you or DX Sudoku who let me know about this great program & there were things in the video that I learned. BTW, a quick way to inport Sudoku's: for example, Thonky's 'play' will provide a string of values which you can copy & paste into hudoku.
Thank you Bruce. DxSudoku has done a few videos on this and we have discussed our favorite features with each other. Swami used Hodoku in his tutorials as well. Thank you for the Thonky tip. I need to look into how I can covert that to other apps like Sudoku Pad.
