How to Quickly Farm Exchange Points in Resident Evil 5! 

Rinse and repeat Chapter 6-2 on Professional difficulty. Using infinite ammo for a rocket launcher and/or a magnum is encouraged, as it will make this much easier. You'll want to earn an S Ranking to receive the maximum amount of Exchange Points, which is 2,500. To earn an S Ranking follow the guidelines below.
DO NOT DIE!
Keep your accuracy above 90%.
Route at least 20 enemies. Simply dispatch all of the Manjini and a couple large groups of the tentacle projectiles.
Keep your completion time under 10 minutes.
