One thing I always do in RE4 is: in the 2 paths section I always go for El Gigante path (for the treasure) and then I backtrack to Bella Sisters path for the other treasure. I always pick up the Old Key and never use it, so I'm stuck with it for the whole game. Unfortunately, of all things, the game deletes keys from your inventory when starting NG+.
Round insigna.. maybe have 2 versions? The version from Ada Story and the Version from Leon so this is why the door dont regonized de key item becase was actually from ada story and not from the leon

Probably the longest game skip is during the castle underground mission (minecart section) where you must find the mark of lion item or whatever it's called to open the elevator door. That should saving at least half an hours or more depending on difficulty
This experiment it's quite Unique and interesting, if You already any key in the game and skipping most of the most áreas of the game early, the game Will still normally but slitghly glitched, the Krauser skip it's a very good example of this experiment, nice Work man!👌😯😎🙏🙌
An interesting demonstration, everything is instantly doable with the exception of the church insignia and the sword puzzle along with skipping Mendez and Salazar.

In vanilla gameplay, you can actually go through the entire game with the Old Key in your inventory. If you fight the second El Gigante, and grab every item in the area, you can just turn back and take the alternate route with the chainsaw women, and never use the key. Now this makes me wonder, if you complete a playthrough with one old key in your inventory and go back on a New Round, can you potentially have two of the same key??
You can't phase through doors with the green text, those specific doors have to load the scenario before you can enter them, and if the game doesn't allow you to interact with them, there is nothing to be done, until a key item prompt is triggered
When you got in the castle and use the animal Keys for the wall you should’ve went up to where the short guy, the boss where he was standing to see what’s up there
Pra que a Round Insígnia possa ser usada na igreja, você obrigatoriamente deve passar pela cutscene do Del Lago a noite, tem pessoas que usam Trainer para Zerar Re4 em 20 min ( atravessando as paredes ), e sempre que eles pegam a Round insígnia, obrigatoriamente eles atravessam até o Del lago para que o cenário possa mudar para chuva e a chave possa ser usada.
