UPDATE: Some people aren't seeing the same screen I'm seeing after you click on the "Get Started" button, and in those cases it's not clear what to click on next when you hit that roadblock. If I find a solution, I'll let you know!

What you need to do is go to "Help & Support" and then "Report a Problem." No guarantees that FB will fix it immediately, but that's the path to take for a chance for it to be fixed. The only thing you can do at this time is report to FB that you can't access Live Chat - everyone should have access to Live Chat, so if you don't, it's a problem within the FB/IG/Meta system. After I clicked on “Get Started” on the “Find answers or contact support” section, it took me to a “How can we help page” that shows options like “Policy and Account Security “ or “Billing and Payments”

When you press get find answer or contact support it’s not the same screen that shows like you show on your video , it’s show here things about troubleshooting , advertising , about meta , best practices , what to do if your … etc.
I'm so sorry you're dealing with this! I recommend doing a Google search for people who can help, and be sure to check their Google reviews to make sure they're legit.

Thanks for bringing this up. Some people are missing the option to contact support, and that is a bug within the Facebook system. I have talked with Facebook about this, and they said you need to report it by going to Help & Support --> Report a Problem. There's no guarantee that they'll act on it quickly, but at least the problem is "in the system" to be fixed. Best of luck!

There is no way we can get to this page anymore.. and the webpage is set out differently now. There are only shared articles instead of connecting to a live chat.. sadly the only way I can do is to report issue..not sure when I can get a response.

It's still working on my end, and I had a conversation earlier with FB re: the problem you've described (because others were having the same problem, too), and FB said you should report the problem, because you *should* be able to have the option to connect to Live Chat - i.e., there's something wrong on FB's end if you can't see that option. No guarantees on when you'll get it fixed, but that's what FB said to do. I hope that helps!

I've contacted FB because apparently a couple other people were having the same problem, even when trying to do this during FB business hours (you might not have a chat option if doing this outside of business hours). FB says it's a glitch and they want people to report it through their Help Center so they can fix it. You'll want to report the problem to FB by going to Help & Support --> Report a Problem --> Something went wrong. I hope that helps in the meantime!

I'm so sorry to hear that. The best I can offer is to send a report through Help & Support that you don't have a chat option. Apparently it's a "bug" in the system if you don't have the option.
It's impossible to provide the link to support chat because you have to go through your own FB account to reach support. That's why I created a video to show you how to get there. If you just needed a link, no tutorial video would be needed. :-)
Sorry to hear that! That's an error on FB's end. Go to Help & Support and Report a Problem. FB may not respond right away, but that's all you can do short of going to Live Chat.

Thanks for asking! You can always create self-promotional posts and then not put any money towards the posts. Keep in mind that you won't get much reach. If you want to reach a lot of your target audience, you need to invest in paid ads.

This was clickbait. None of the this works.. it looks completely different as soon as I click get started it turns in to a rabbit hole in a loop mode cause they are doing everything in their power not to have to chat
Thank you for reaching out about this. Clickbait is when you intentionally mislead someone so that they click on your video even though the information is different than advertised. In this case, when I published this video, I was showing exactly how things appeared on my Facebook interface and hoped it would help others who are also hoping to reach live chat. I was able to reach live chat successfully when I published this video and am still able to reach them. Please also understand two other things: (1) FB is constantly changing its interface (and sometimes rolls out different interfaces for different users), so as RU-vid creators, we can only provide information as it stands at the moment we're publishing as we see it, and (2) I learned after publishing this video that the Live Chat hasn't been working for some people, and I reached out to FB about it, and they said it's a bug and you should report it by going to Help & Support --> Report a Problem. So since you're having problems, be sure to report it to FB. Thank you again.

Hello can someone please help me out, My Facebook account was hacked, deleted or blocked Saturday in the morning it just kick me out from my account, than I got a message saying that someone had deleted my email from my account and asked if it was me who did that , I said no it wasn't me.
