When jumping and you don't make it, walk to shore and highlight the bike on the map and pick RECOVER. it will place it on shore

This frustrated me for quite a while, but I finally figured it out. I have 100% on EVERYTHING now, and THIS is the ONLY game I think I've ever done that on and still want to play it again. Just trying to decide if I want to do it with play+ or straight off with no advantages. I'm leaning for playing again just like I did the first time.

Wait, you can’t swim in the game, but you can make an impossible 80 ft jump on rocks with your bike without damage?

You activate your Nitro late. Hold boost a few seconds before your ramp, you can hear how long it last and time your jumps.

If your bike gets stuck in the water you can press square in the map menu to respawn it on land so that way you don’t have to drown trying to retrieve it

I recommend playing this on hard mode it's very fun for a challenge n I love how u really need to rely on ur survival skills

Thanks! Wasnt sure how to get across. If you actually hit your nitrous sooner and hold it you’ll go further... i had already beaten the story mode until i realized you can actually hold your nitrous and not just bump X lol

After finishing this game on the PS4 almost a year now, I really can't wait for the PC version to be available soon at Steam. 😁 I still like the Motorcycle costumization though. Really vital for the game.

That one was hard for me , I totally think there should be a focused driving skill to slow time and make precision turns ... specially when rapidly running away from a horde but then crashing into random debris or cars checkpoints etc

I don't mind that they put motorcycle jumping puzzles at some of the neuro sites, but the character not being able to swim it's kind of ridiculous.

You can just retrieve your bike on the map screen instead of drowning

There is a way to jump the bike back. I did both jumps without any boost, and landed in the shallows with the bike and rode off.

it's totally dumb that you can't swim in the game Deacon was in the army. part of basic training in the US army is a swimming test and if you can't swim they will train you until you can passing the swimming test is mandatory: you need to Jump in at the deep end wearing Military clothing and tread water for 2 Mins.Then swim 50m in under 4 Mins he would never have made it through basic training never mind been sent to Afghanistan if he couldn't pass this test so it kinda goes against the lore a soldier who can't swim would be a pretty big liability on another note I am totally loving this game on PC, I don't know why it didn't get way more love on ps4 I've finished the main story and I'm now working my way through to clear out all the hordes and 100% the game. then I'll start all over again on new game+ it still amazes me that they can get so many enemies on screen at the same time and the performance is still great, it is a really good port (I can run it at 4K and it never drops below 60fps)

I Made it without nitrous but I have the max engine upgrade. It asks for nitrous if I was going to slow but not when I had speed.

Does this work in the other island one too? The injector you got in this video, well I just figured at some point we would need the boat that is near the base. Like that college one, they tell you to restore power and make it possible to select the mission but you can't get into the college until you start a certain storyline. Kind of a d!ck move by the decelopers

Almost all the recordings don't play when I pick them up but they click like they're starting.

I got the Chemult mission coming up. Lol

I did this but I hit an invisible wall hard. Bike just fell into the water and I almost died. Invisible wall right at the end of the ramp. Guess I’ll try it again. 🤷🏽‍♂️
