I have a question 1) I don't understand the first step you take on your old phone. You say you remove the SIM card and then connect the VPN. But if you remove the SIM card you won't have access to the internet because you wouldn't have any identification or access to the mobile network. So how would you connect?

I don't know how it can work for you. I have been trying everything - I have an active USA number and put it on fresh reset phone. Changed everything to the USA location. I have activated a VPN and even bought a private IP. I have downloaded tiktok on to newly formated phone with USA sim card and VPN and it still doesn't work (I even have change my GPS location in dev mode for USA IP location). Tiktok is still locating Europe....

Hi, I've tried using an old android (iphone might work better) I reset it to factory settings and didn't add anything, not even a sim or any other setting that would imply that I'm in my country. Set language/time zone/region to USA. Got atlas vpn and set the vpn to California then I downloaded tiktok. On my FYP I only got posts from the us which was good news, posts and comments were from the US but when I posted a couple tiktoks literally every viewer was from my country :/ What could still be the problem? Important to note that since I don't have a sim I'm connected to the wi-fi but yet again im also using atlas vpn for that I guess. Any suggestions maybe I'm missing something? For all the people that think that CPB can work outside of the us are WRONG. If you live outside of the us you CAN target us audience with tiktok, but if you want to apply and be approved for the CPB you need to have an US passport and us address for verification. Same goes for tiktok shop option. So please check your information next time...
