This is a great video. The video is simplest explanation i have found on blueprints.... I only needed to understand the basics and this covered 90% of what I needed. Thanks!.
Thanks brother means a lot learned more from you than i have from my own foreman. They always act like the new guys are so annoying and don't have time to teach us
You are very welcome! Stay tuned I’m going keep pumping out electrical specific video for every aspect of the trade from apprentice to journeyman- foreman- super- pm - owner . I want to my part to make the trade a little bit easier/ better for everyone. Don’t keep this info a secret share it please knowledge is power and iron sharpening iron. the better we are as a community the better we have a chance to bring more people to our trade
Good stuff. I had to apprentice for a foreman that couldn't follow the print properly. He kept doing his own thing and blaming everyone else and they wouldn't let me transfer. I remember he tried to throw me under the buss but I stood up for myself. That's not how this works he shouted! Every time he failed at building a transformer rack I had to shoulder the bundles of strut several flights up to a roof along with everyone elses material. I put up with it for months until my back got really sore. Did you know a conduit runners injury can inflame your spine? Know how to read your print for the love of all things sane know what you are doing and don't waste someone time! Going to remove this from my feed because all I get is PTSD when I think of electrical work these days haha.
Not bad comrade! Im a journeyman Electrician out of Phoenix, Az, being groomed to become a foreman. I was looking for something a lil more in depth, but I sort of enjoyed watching this video.
Short answer : is New Mexico ground isn’t very good at ohming because it is so dry here - longer answer: our state requires us to install two because most areas can not produce the min ohm resistance of 25 however if we had one more ground it make the difference needed. I’ll give you example I literally live on volcanic rock
@@WARHAMMERELECTRIC how about a video on making the head for wire pulls through conduit, conduit bending, conduit fill calculations, basically any of these will help. Thank you for your time.
@@WARHAMMERELECTRIC great looking forward to it. and maybe you could go over some real scenarios you would be tasked with getting done as a foreman or general foreman on this project.
