Great job!! I'm learning tab and chords,3 months in but yes was confused when I started tab but realized it's like looking down on your fretboard.. so much easier to understand now!!

How do you go from guitar music to ukulele music, is that possible? In traditional guitar music is a A note the same as aa note on the Ukulele. I think yes and A is a A. So how do you transpose guitar 6 string music to ukulele tab 4 string.

Yes, TAB goes all the way up the neck. Most of us don’t play much beyond the 4th or 5th frets for basic melodies.

I'm not sure what you're referring to, but there are FRETS, which are the metal bars on the neck. TAB is short for "tablature," which is a notation system that refers to strings and finger placement. People so use the term "TABS," but I can't tell you why.
