@@qwerty_qwerty did you really just lean forward towards your phone and analysis a part of a comment that isn't very significant just so you can criticize?
it’s so funny how a common beginner mistake is that they don’t have a harmonic position, this guy was clearly working on a king’s side flank attack, and out of a nowhere decided to push a an b pawns. It’s like making a king's indian setup and than castling queen side lol
wrong. pushing a and b pawns are completely fine. Opponent's bishop moves are so bad you can flank pawn both sides and still be winning, space advantage is no joke, and you just dont castle. then again, it is bad enough that there are like 10 plans that gives winning advantage.
i feel like it’s moments like this which really shows how much he taught young kids. like he tries to explain stuff that a little kid could understand and it comes out a little in his videos.
And remember: it won't do you any good to learn the best openings and defenses by heart if you don't know how to play them, why to play them, study as many variations and attack plans as possible.
After d4, opponent pawn to e5 is disaster for us but pawn c3 can save us but it would completely destroy the pyramid if opponent exchange pawns. And i am talking no one will tell that pawn to e5 taking the pawn can happen. It can but i would completely destroy the pyramid in the starting itself and we will mess up in opening because no opening will work here but if opponent exchange pawns after pawn c3 then we will atleast have a decent opening
Is the reason you don't landslide your paws because that a5 bishop is already weak and attacking it just gives it a chance to be stronger while you don't really have an attack? So instead you should develop and improve your position. I'm an unrated noob because I still haven't gotten the courage to play any online chess, but I'm probably triple digits.
Im late but the reason is its so annoying to play against its not like its impossible to crack it definitely is possible to crack but its not a very good opening above high level and intermediate like it's playable at intermediate but there's many more to choose like Queen's Gambit and others and some people think its disrespectful when someone tries to play the london against an experienced player its like if a 1000 played the wayward queen against a 2000 like thats just disrespectful and also its annoying since a ton of london players only know the london so when you play them again you have to play a diffirent opening as black agaist d4 if you dont wanna play against the london, its not a bad opening in fact its pretty good for beginners but when you enter early intermediate you see a lot more people stop playing it since its not as good. Also i wrote a whole article lol. 🤠
