I don't have a quick release and have to replace the tube w a slime tube and liner. The liner means I have to take the tire off. I doubt it will be as easy as anything seen here.

You should have a through axle bolt that will either have two nuts, one on either side, or an internally threaded Allen bolt, one on each side. I hope this helps, and I am sorry for the delay.
