Practices that help wring out your auric field: 1. Pause between interactions and set the intention to come back to myself. Involve your senses such as essential oils. 2. Participate in a shaking practice after exposure to high stimulating environments. 3. Use cold water or cold plunging to reset the nervous system. If a full immersion is too much for you, splash cold water on your face or dip your hands into cold water. 4. Immerse yourself in nature to remove any excessive energy that isn’t yours. 5. Strengthen your auric field through breathwork or kundalini yoga. This works well for imbalanced hyperactivity or in states of isolation. 6. Our bodies are designed more feminine in nature (more being rather than doing) and our minds are designed more masculine. Anything that gets us back into our bodies balances out our aura. Use practices like stretching, yin yoga, and slow movement exercises.
i was doing kirtan, kundalini yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra in 2009 and i didn't know this stuff existed then...sounds like i was trying to oriente myself to this before i knew it existed!
Thank you, as a 5/1 I so appreciate this video and information. At 63 years old I wish it was taught in schools-I always felt the intensity-whatever I was feeling and it’s nice to now know why. You explain it beautifully and I love the sponge analogy and will take it with me forever, YOU ARE A GIFT! 💝💯👋🤓
Love this! Especially taking responsibility for wringing out our aura. I love that I have been feeling this way for my entire life and it’s like I am re-learning how to live in this society as myself and no one else.
Thank you❤! I love to practice Qi Gong barefoot - earthing. This "wrings out" the superfluous mental stuff. I must speak a word of caution on Kundalini Yoga. It may overload the heart and the head if your attention is centered too much in thinking. As a projector, in my humble opinion it is about balancing our energy centers. As we have sometimes overactive minds, supercharging our bodies with energy may overload our CNS. So, if we do Kundalini, just make sure that we follow up with a balancing practice like "Nadhi Shuddha" without holding the breath or shaking and doing light jumps barefooted.
WOW. Thank you for this podcast. My innate wisdom and my body has been tell me this for months. I know what I need to do and step back into a practice. This just confirmed everything. Now is the time.
Have been ostracized for unconsciously "goosing" (their description!) another's aura/biofield with my aura/biofield from a vast physical distance was another lesson on choosing environments better.
Thank you for this great advice. It truly resonates deeply with me. I sensed all this as well, but it was very good to hear you voice it. Thank you so much!
Thank you, I found this really helpful, it's been a long slow process learning how to take care of my projector aura, - I'm on my 2nd burnout of my life - so I'm obviously a slow learner 🙂
just found out i'm a splenic(still getting used to the spelling) projector yesterday. i too like to and tend to communicate in anaology and metaphor..maybe it's because of that. haha
I only work at the hospital 1 day a week, and once a month, I do a 2 day week, but I am exhausted when I come home. I immediately get so tired I need to nap. I'll try the shaking.
I get invitations to work with people, but honestly when they say, "I'd gve you my last dollar for you to help me with this," that doesn't sound energetically good. I don't want them to give me their last dollar to be helped. I end up helping them, very briefly, but it has profound change for them, and then I don't get paid work.
