My biggest issue is sleep, I wish I had more of that probably the most important. I’m a college student and sometimes balancing that with work and working out can tire me out but got to stay grinding
@@blanko1708 No it's not lol, 8 hour work day, 1 hour meal prep/eating, 30 min hygiene, 1-2 hours commuting, 1-2 hours gym, 8 hours sleep. And there is 2.5-4.5 hours left for free time/ family and friends. If you structure you day really precisely you will find yourself with so much time to spare you won't know what to do. If you work a 12 hour shift then you need to meal prep on the weekends and work out 1 hour a day or on weekends and there is only 30 min free time per day.
I sleep 8-9 hours every night and if you recommend getting 8-10h sleep + nap every day. There aint gonna be enough time for me to to get sore from working out 😂
A little tip to build off of him, in regards to stretching, do static stretches after the workout, do dynamic stretching before, static stretching lengthens your muscles a little bit and compromises your output, dynamic stretches are more effective at the beginning so you can work better, harder, and also mitigate injury even more effectively than static stretching (at the beginning of workouts).
If i sleep more than 6 hours i get sleepy later the next day. If i go to sleep at 10 one night and sleep 8 hours, the next night I'll be up until 2am. No matter how i try my body balances my sleep at 6 hours.
Stretching before heavy lifting is a good way to injure yourself. Telling people to do mobility training before and after workouts is gonna get someone hurt.
Yes huberman (PhD in neurology and is a professor) cites studies that sauna/heat exposure/hot baths lead to increases in growth hormone It also increases blood flow to muscles
My sleep is shi*y. I can spend the whole day doing something and go to the gym at night and still not sleep 3h without waking up in the middle of the night damn it
So basically be financially stable or abundant right? Should afford and have lots of time to go the gym, buy synthetic protein, go to a sauna and sleep 8 to 10hrs a day.
They can be, but I really do think they help. A lot of our Elite Athletes use it daily after training. It especially helps our lifters who may be cutting for a BIG meet.
