I have an 8x8 foot clone in a 700 gallon bed outdoors this year. She started turning Yellow a couple days ago. I've never seen a plant turn so fast. Come to find out I had a few broken branches at the main nodes and ant crawling inside the cracks. Sprayed with Pyrithins to kill all the ants then sealed the wounds with beeswax. She finally starting to bounce back. Just posted a video on her recovery. I was looking to get 5lbs off her but since I'm trying to salvage her I'll be lucky if I pull 2 lbs. Either way it's just like Rob said, as long as there's some life left it's worth saving

Keep a daily journal for every grow. Journals are a growers best friend. I can’t tell you how many times flipping back through past grows has gotten me outta a jam.,

In organics blackstrap molasses and epsom salts can quickly address deficiencies but the best is ferments for a quick fix in organics.

Yellowing at top is mag issue especially when using LEDs plants chew through magnesium. A gram of epsom salts per gallon will fix it right up.

Spider mites are the worse.. I threw away many till i started using a combo of green cleaner and a tbs of DE a quart in a spray foliar make sure it's food grade and spray about once a month dont wait till you see them just prevent them .. great production thanks for all your combined help.

I grow in my basement. I put my grow tent on a plywood platform with caster wheels. It keeps the pots off the cold floor and I can move the tent around when I want to get in and then roll the tent back into the corner.

Great episode! I would like to add though, in organic growing you can use things like fish protein as a foliar for amino acids and you'll se an immediate nitrogen reaction much like when using synthetics. You can also foliar with things like Epsom salts and other things for quick responses to several deficiencies. And of course worm cast teas will act quickly. You do then need to address the deficiency in the soil for a long term fix.

I used to have endless spidermite problems, theyre so prevelent outdoors where i live, i was constantly spraying with neem and peppermint and cinnamon and occasionally some nastier chemicals. I started using predatory mites - $20 every 3 months and i havent seen a spider mite since. The predatory mites eat them all up then cannibalise each other when theres no spider mites to feed on. Now i dont even use an IPM spray at all.

I’ve given my girls vitamins to help her. No issues. Just helps her uptake nutrients. If it works to help prevent deficiencies that’s awesome. Have u guys ever heard of vitamins for plants. We are feeding it to help me not hurt cuz I need medicine. Have great time watching u guys. Good content. Love the stash.

Had a grow at a buddys house. Left it for 2 weeks for him to care for it because i was on holiday. Called him inbetween. Told me everything was fine. When i came back the tops was literally moving from the spidermites. It was 2 weeks before harvest. Lost $8000 on that one.

Good stuff, a lot of things I'm going thru now. I accidentally monster cloned my pineapple express and white widow plants(I'm Always high). The white widow suffered and has taken two months to reveg. The pineapple express wants to live, every clone survives with just plane water and takes whatever fert you can throw at it. Going to just keep the WW small and start some wedding cake

Use a soap & water spray. During Veg cycle. Spray with RO water to wash off soap every 5 days . Reapply soap spray .

I just moved this year, and Swtg Maryland is fucking infested with spider mites. I’ve taken care of the problem in my room but I’m still spraying myself down with my diy miticide(citric/malic acid emulsion) everytime I go into my grow room(it’s also my bedroom) tempted to try and convince my housemates to add it to their laundry soap.

With it being summer and everyone outside more it’s spidermite season. Something I do is remove my shoes before entering my grow room and I put on a Tyvek suit covering my hair. Sounds like a lot to but they’re cheap enough and prevents me from continually bringing em in on my clothes.

For bud density/size I would fix that problem by making sure it's receiving adequate lighting for it by using ppfd meter also to make sure the VPD is in check, blue light can be especially beneficial for bud density

I had a fungus gnat problem one time and started using Raid ant killer and Raid flying inset killer and it fixed all and any possible bug problem. I spray the Raid into a cloth in another room and then go into the grow room and wipe down the floor, border of the room and around the door frame and do that every 2 to three weeks.

I just had a great surprise the other week with my outside purple haze auto something snapped the whole top half off and it was laying on the ground next to it so as I’ve done before aloe the shot out the wound piece it to get her tape and a stick as a splint works has many times but not with an auto last this happened with an auto I ended up with seeds but that’s ok too seeds are fine with me if it’s a plant I’m not too serious about

Can autos recover from overheating problems? Ive got three in my 2x4 that have been living in over 90'f for a little while now. They seem stunted but look quite healthy still as i upped the humidity to try n compensate. Ive no way to cool down the lung room (its in an outbuilding) thats insulated but its been hot as fuck lately and until i can afford a dedicated AC unit in there ive just got two big fans blowing into the space to try n keep things the best i can. Im in living soil btw.

use hydroton clay pellets, put a layer of it over the soil. this is the best solution for fungus gnats. 100 percent success rate.

Fellas I found a seed in my auto flower none of hermied though, I went to the e.r. For 18 hours to get stitched up, am I screwed ? Genetics are dank though but I’m worried it will be all seedy or will it be just a few seeds

It's hard to say without seeing the final product. Seeds are like roaches, when you see 1 there's probably 100 more you don't see lol. Could of been just one or two pollen sacs opening at the end of flower or maybe just full blown Hermies. Either way you probably shouldn't keep those seeds. Since you did say the mother was fire then you may get some good results from those seeds but they are more likely to herm if not treated perfectly!

@FrostHypnosis I feel your pain brother. I have a huge mother plant In a 15 gallon 3x3 tent on week 6 of flower. Just about 16 days left. Last week I broke on of the tops while defoliating and just decided to dry it and try it out. Well while breaking down the nugs I found 2 small white seeds😩. Haven't noticed any nanners but the seed are there smh. Just gunna let it get to 8 weeks and pull it 🤷🏿‍♂️

hey guys....i have a sweet white widow lady....47 days old...under 18-6 mars hydro LED's...18 inches above her in a beautiful 2x2x4 mars hydo tent....water is PH'd to 6.5....soil is fox farm ocean forest....she's on a fox farm nutritional regimen...as per instructions.....HOWEVER.....some of the leaves are becoming disfigured color wise....one side of the leaf in a shitload whiter than the other...still green...but really pale green......WTF is going on.....been growing indoor now for 6 years....never had it happen....HELP!!!!!!
