A battlenet account linked to my activision account and im on xbox. I haven't lost access to my account yet but im battling to keep the hacker off my account bc it keeps kicking me off "due to multiple logins". This is absolute bullshit you cant get in contact with anyone at activision, your just helpless.

@@LosFicosMusic Same here bro. Someone linked their steam account to my call of duty and then all of the sudden I wasn’t able to play. I tried to log in through the call of duty website and it just made me a complete new profile. Lost all my operators and rank. I’m at level 1 but they gave me the current battle pass with Black cell and 4,000 CP. I submitted a request to call of duty but if they don’t end up helping me which is most likely going to be the case. I am just going to consider it a lost and give up on mw3

what do you mean move progress to another account? I play on Battle. got hacked in April someone linked their steam account. i submitted a ticket to Activision as soon as i saw the email. they immediately permanently banned my account. since have filed with BBB Activision responded stating they unlinked the steam account and my account is good standing. still shows banned when i log in. Just submitted another ticket. Been 2 mos. At a complete loss here mam!!

Hi my account got hacked 3 days, ago. As soon as I got the password change message in my email, I made an account recovery request then and there. It has been 3 days and I haven't recieved any reply from the support team. What to do now?

Do you have a case number? create a new temp account and log a support ticket to chase with that case log.

Yes I do have the case number with me. I've noticed one thing, when I go to my cases, nothing shows up. But a bot generated mail with the case number and the ticket confirmation came into my account after I submitted the ticket. I tried to search my case by typing in the case number in the search bar, but nothing showed up. Yes I've also made a new account and have mentioned the previous case with the case number attached with it. Let's hope for the best. I'll keep contacting you.

I have a slightly different problem. I can't change my email because I no longer have access to it (over 10 years ago). Would an account recovery help if I wrote that someone once had access and changed this email address and now I don't have access and can't change it? its weird for me. I try to login on activision’s website with my playstation credentials then I get a white screen that’s titled “sorry unexpected error occurred” ?? when my husband logs in to activision via his playstation account it just logs him in not the weird error screen that keeps popping up for me

@@luisthekingxdIncognito tabs worked and I ended up finding out what old email I used for the Activision account and changed all my passwords. They removed the unknown linked battlenet account. BUT the dude was hacking and got me these nutty ass shadow bans like I can’t open up my parachute after respawning, my fall damage is 100x worse I could jump off 1st story window and die lol

My email don’t work and they link a random steam profile. I try’d to recover whit my other mail and make a new ac becus the website is trash. Every time I try to log in whit psn it just says error. So I was hacked back in 2021, I went through the process to regain access to my account, but unfortunately I must have entered the wrong email address, idk how it allowed me to verify that email address since it was, at that time, not a email address yet, either way, i am trying to log into my activision account since I made the switch to PC and since I do not hace access to this email address it will not allow me to, is there any other way to change my account info or am just going to have to email them and wait for them to respond?

It should be under my cases. If not it may have been auto rejected. You need to get past the filters and log a case using a different topic
