I’m having the same issue, get told me make a temporary account to submit a ticket, but then they say I need to do it off the account that’s been hacked! How? It’s been hacked and I can’t get on it 😢 is the temporary account meant to be a new email or the original email of the account that’s hacked

My account got stolen. I've filed 3 recovery reports. They all came back that there was no suspicious activity. I've ingaged support for 3 weeks. What a joke...they're completely incompetent.

ive tried for 2 months to get my account back i have a police report i have bank statements i have the account name before it was hacked i have the name i have pictures of everything i have game codes they are not getting back to me what do i do i at this point am thinking of takeing them to small claims or makeing a go fund me to sue them please tell me what to do

@@Mansa_Musa678 Create a new activision account, link your PSN, go to the recover account, follow the options stating you don't have access to the email anymore. Type in the original activision account email and populate the comment part with details of which STEAM account has linked to your profile (from your email if you have it) then submit the ticket. Mine was resolved with 24 hours. If no luck with this, if you raise an issue around purchasing or redeeming CoD points and add the detail around the compromised account to the ticket part at the bottom they usually get back to you quite quickly.

Linking your PSN to the recovery account means you've got proof the account previously linked to the compromised activision account is yours FYI- but obviously don't play on that account as the progress will be lost when you get your proper account back.

Hey! So my Activision account got hacked and I had two people link their accounts. I have photo evidence of this and I managed to unlink one of them... The other one I was unable to unlink as they got a ban put in place before I was able to do this. The ban was for an XBOX account.. I don't own an XBOX, I only have PS% and now I have a lifetime ban. I have tried going through the processes but just got a generic reply saying that there is nothing they can do!

Jeeeesus why are Activision actually legally allowed to do this without any decent form of explanation or right to reply. They quick enough taking the money at every turn .Now it seems they take your money then your account so if your lucky, you might be able to start all over again and pay for those battlepasses and operator skins and guns etc all over again. If you are not perm banned .

Hi there. My Account got banned by Activision for no reason. I got exactly the same ban message iFerg got on his account. I am a PC player and only use gameloop. I also don't even know how to hack or cheat in codm. Can you help. I'm sure I'm not the only one. Activision Support is so useless that they even claimed that I am not allowed using an Emulator. Meanwhile GameLoop is an official Emulator

For a little while i was able to open the activision action and browse through the profile since the window was already open on my chrome regardless of the password change. I saw he had changed the address and added his address and name. So i sent a threatening message to his email,with his name, address and other things i go from his facebook page. Scammer offered to talk. He asked for $40 for the account, which i replied "I'm not going to do that buddy, but keep messing around and find out" lol. I made him understand that no matter what he did, I was going to keep logging into the account as it was linked to my facebook and i would make playing or selling the account impossible and if i got bored i would simple delete the account. He ended up asking for my email and surprisingly linked it, so yes, I actually got it back. I got incredibly lucky.😂
