How to Reduce Unrest Quickly After Conquest in Empire: Total War - Assimilate Regions Rapidly 

Was kinda disappointed with how religion was in Empire ngl. Too little in terms of happiness modifier. Also it should get a rework where Catholics, Orthodox, Protestants, Muslims, animists, and the eastern religions all get their own systems.

This only works if you don’t need money from the city, don’t need the extra university, and have enough money to repair all the buildings. If you reach this point, you shouldn’t really care about the unrest anyway.. Also, if the unrest is really high, exempting from taxes only loses you money with no positive effect

I learned literally nothing also with a region like Rome unrest is so high you gonna have to kill at least 2-3 rebellions anyway might as well abuse the research for free basically
