I can't tell you how much you have helped me. Thank you for your simple and common sense advice. I have chronic pain and can no longer do seasonal decorating. I am looking for a way to simplimy space so I can clean without becoming exhausted half way. I've watched many decluttering videos and read many books but still felt unsure and unmotivated. You have found a way to explain the process and maintenance to me that makes sense to me and, more importantly, feels achievable. You are a blessing!

Very helpful video, thank you! I like that you said not to get rid of everything, but just to start with just removing two or three things... that's motivating to me! Also like the advice to give a place for your eyes to rest. Every space doesn't have to be filled up. So true, and inspiring!

Oh so many reasons! Sentimental attachment, fear of needing something in the future, not wanting to hurt the person who gave it to us...I could go on and on! ;)
