Can anyone explain what this really does, in layman's terms? The video explains what we do, but not how it reduces latency. For example, why aren't these the default setting? Are there any side effects to doing this?

It's been years since you posted this but will this apply to fps browser games like bullet force pc on pokigames? I'm currently experiencing and extremely bad kill delay where I would shoot someone 7 times but they kill me faster than my gun does, and they still have full health.

If u can't expand MSMQ that's mean it's not enabled yet. If you like to enabled it, go to Control panel, programs and features, you find (TURN WINDOWS FEATURES ON OR OFF). Click on it and a new window pop up, called Windows Features and u can enable it, there. I hope this will help.

What actually happens when you write that? How does it work?

i was getting insane 250ms ping in bf4 and on speedtest.net and this is how i fixed the problem and my 15ms ping was back. by the way, it happened to me twice so i'm somehow sure this will fix it for you . simply go to maintenance tab in your router settings and set settings to default and restart both pc and router. thank me later

It did not work for LoL, in fact, it causes frequent disconnections.

You don't need to scroll to tcpip, just press the letter t ;) same with everyone else just press the letter the folder starts with and there you are.

to enable msmq In Server Manager, click Features. In the right-hand pane under Features Summary, click Add Features. In the resulting window, expand Message Queuing. Expand Message Queuing Services. Click Directory Services Integration (for computers joined to a Domain), then click HTTP Support. Click Next,then click Install.

on a help site i found an article that is different to yours but i would like to try your tip : problem > under interfaces i was told to take the subfolder with the most datas and rename the whole folder 1:30 right click > new > with TcpAckFrequency than change Hexa from 0 to 1 /// now this TcpAckFrequency data is inside the subfolder with the most data i thought i would rename by starting this process. Question can i delete this TcpAckFrequency Data ? To start the process again and rename DhcpIPAdress into TcpAckFrequency or is there another way ? Greetings

I Will Use QWord for 64-bit?

So I saw on another video that instead of just adding QWORD files in the registry (the part with TCPNoDelay and stuff), you do the other option (forgot what it was called) for 64 bit systems, is this true? Also, that video said to add additional files to the registry

Under Parameters>Interfaces, you said click the folder that has DCHPipaddress, but 4 out of 5 of those folders have it. what do i do?

under MSMQ there is only one folder which is parameters and inside parameters there is only one file called default inside of it. do i still create a new DWORD?

Be sure to pick up the hotfix for ACKFrequency before attempting as setting to 1 will be the same as setting to 0 and resume with default 2.

For those of you who does not understand why it no longer works. It's because the TCP system is changing every year all the time. As a result, the method shown here in the video no longer apply to today's time. Dude, thank you So much omg. I'm really really grateful to you. I'm actually using playing an MMORPG called as Neverwinter. Since I was playing with open Wifi, I was having a ping of 1700-2100 which is not at all near to playable. After this setting, it has reduced to 280-400 ping which is normal since server of this game is located in US(I'm from India). I can play smoothly and only a delay of 0.8 secs, which is no big deal.
