@@Tohita-Benson The old toner will/can be claggy and have moisture in it, so you get it all out and get it clean and dry in there and put fresh dry toner in. Same when you flush a engine block with water, get all the old yucky coolant out and dirty rusty water and put fresh water in and coolant and make sure you flush up through the head too as that is aluminium usually and can corrode quicker than block which is mixed metals . Same with you printer paper. it will collect moisture and printing wont work right. Put paper in a plastic sealed lid tub. I am used to repairing lots of things, cars, laptops, electronics and old stuff always is dusty and clogged and just needs to be serviced. If you have laptop, the fan will gather dust till you cook the CPU and GPU and good buy laptop! Some you can just take the back panel off and clean, others you have to disassemble laptop. dont forget to clean your desktop too the fans and grills and you will have more reliable equipment and save money and aggro!!
