I have opened my 15l barrel for cleanup after watching those videos, now I cannot reassemble it. Cannot insert last two hoops back, they do not fit the barrel anymore. Not as easy as it seems in the video..
Shane K Many people try to avoid gluten for no good reason, I agree. But people with Celiac Disease are extremely sensitive to small amounts of gluten. They might not know that there is a very small amount of gluten exposure. They should know, so that they can make their own decision. As an option, winemakers could label their wines as gluten-free.
