I just wonder can I meditate in front of someone I mad while we having that madness conversation? Just wondering with your idea, do I have to do it before or after? You see, i can't predict and thing happen in front of your eyes then your emotion engaging, then your idea make a meditation which means you regretting thing you've done. 😂😂😂😂
You have helped me so much. I’m 16 years old. I went through some times where I was intensely suicidal. When I asked myself what I wanted, the answer was always death. I was ready To die. You processes of releasing have stopped me from doing so. My depression and suicidal thoughts are slowly slowly leaving my body. Everything is getting better. I enjoy living now. Thank you Brian. 🙏🙏
Rodrigo David of course man. To release you are going to have to feel the current emotions anyway , which will keep you in present moment. Sounds like your a little confused. If you want to talk about it WhatsApp me at +44 7498915584
Jesus Christ I'm in tears... My body just started to weep. You explained everything correct. What is love? Helping people, I love helping people it makes me feel so good to help people. God Bless you!
I'm angry at everything in my life for the past 2 years and i thought that by finding ways to release that anger it would go away but that what i was doing is that i was been conditioning myself to feel more anger. Sometime back in my life I was meditating and doing yoga and know I remembered that while I was doing these practices a lot of feelings and thoughts were arising from within. I must do it again. I takes to find out the right way which is love and peace instead of giving so much effort on releasing anger. Just let go and feelings will arise themselves and will eventually go away. Your video made me remember that again, thank u!
Wow, anger, resentment and depressed all day til I watched this video - and specifically when he mentions that guy who does the lower state vs better states I feel this light feeling!
This is absolutely wonderful. This is what I've been searching for. I've spent 6 month studying yoga and yet, my wandering mind has been lost on how to surpass the negative emotions I've been shouldering for years, trying to work towards happiness and confidence, letting all the things I've suffered pass me by. I couldn't figure out how to let go of that emotional boulder. This. This is it. This is how you release tragedy, sadness, depression, abuse, and neglect.
This holds some efficacy with me. Releasing anger is key. I was stuck in the bottom third for decades after a very poor upbringing. Rarely experienced love so it is hard to love.
I always wanted to teach people ways that I experienced as a kid. Now after lots of years of failure I found The Fearless Man teachings to be exactly what I was looking for that matches exactly what I was experiencing as a kid so clearly. This motivates me in everything in life.
Memories are a great place to remember and refeel good emotions. People always talk about people being stuck in the past in a negative way but if you use your memories wisely you can activate your RAS and put yourself in a good mood
If someone is struggling with suppressed emotions of fear, grief, and anger that’s been ignored for years it’s going to be a long process of healing all that trapped energy. It’s going to involve so much more than what is covered in this video in regards to diet especially, but also career changes, optimizing sleep, visualization techniques, knowledge of getting into the parasympathetic state, eliminating habits used to numb or suppress the emotion and SO MUCH MORE. I’d also add that someone who has suppressed their fear has no access to peace or courage, the path internally literally does not exist. Only in healing the suppressed emotion does joy, peace, and love emerge once again. There’s some good content here, but it really wouldn’t help someone too much who needs healing.
Brian, I was carrying alot of anger, aggression, I think you and Sam are amazing teachers and I bought your releasing course and it's amazing. I've only been practicing them for a few days but the results I feel are amazing. Thankyou
Thank you! This is exactly what ive been missing! I've been spending 99% of my time in the lower emotions and I've sunk back down into apathy after months of progress. Grateful for this knowledge
@@nikhilroyabraham6387 Dont know about him, but I feel a hell of a lot better (and kinda lighter) after my first 20 min sesion of letting go (improvised on my own by covering up my vision and ears while laying on bed and replacing all my stuck emotions with love, not yet sure where to find a good guided meditation and I think that thinking for yourself once in a while wont hurt)
Tonight I couldn't sleep from stress and I was thinking what is happening to me? I still have the problem with fear Grief and apathy and I couldn't solve it because I didn't know what it was. now I know them and I try my best to do what I have learned from this video. Thanks Brian I appreciate your effort and kindness. Please make more videos about this subject God bless you.
The advice on this channel is surprisingly better (and more practical) than a certain other prominent dating/pickup company that recently pivoted to self help advice.
Wow this is absolutely true. I remember my English teacher back in high school was explaining this to us too. He was a cool masculine role model. I personally still have lots to work on but I still remember these lessons and can see how they definitely relate to my own life. I think the problem with lots of people is that we don’t understand how to deal with our feelings in a healthy manner. Apathy fear and grief pushed me into alcoholism and now I got a DUI. Not to say these three emotions don’t have a place in life but that’s definitely not where you wanna be all the time. I also notice how every time I get sober I start to feel again. I was afraid of all these feelings but I recently discovered that anger can be a very powerful tool that one can harness and use on pushing through tough times to build a better life. I mean anger is a very strong physical feeling. You can feel it in your chest. But it won’t do you any good if it’s being unleashed in very direction usually getting you in trouble with other people. With a little bit of self reflection I learned to harness the feeling to work for me instead being controlled by it. It gives me the energy to go play the piano, lift weights, or go make some money. Sorry for stretching this but I just really appreciate this video and wanted to express how this video lesson really is important to understand and integrate into my own life. It helps me understand myself.
Thanks a lot Chris for your post and for sharing your experience, strength, and hope 👍 Glad to hear you're getting sober and Brian's videos are helping with that. Thank you so much for this I have been releasing for a few months now and life has been hell living in those lower emotions..I've felt like I'm about to have a nervous breakdown. This makes so much sense and I'll implement it immediately!
Been experimenting with releasing with great success for the past few months. Just recently have I dropped into more of the lower energies. I believe I was releasing grief and past trauma and replacing it with more of the same. Thanks for your clarification. I have now purchased the sedona book
Thanks for your teaching man. Very helpful, puts a new aspect on "Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires." Paul (the Apostle)
Courage - Adventure , alertness, being alive. Willing, acceptance, loving. Can I remember the time I felt alert? What did that feel like? How good did that feel? Where did I feel it in my body? And you meditate on it ( feeling after asking the questions) Important to feel .
I saved your note on my screenshot. Thank you for posting the questions! I need to see them every moment to remind me to think of those things rather than staying in rut of releasing the anger I feel . All the best.
Thank you for your opinion and wisdom. It makes absolute sense. I kind of do that, but in a way like if I am scared or angry etc. i think Why and how to accept it which to some extent is opposite of your teachings. I will try now your method as it feels more effective. It is more Positive oriented instead of my Neutral oriented. Divine Love, Peace and Harmony 💚💚💚
Focus , that means turn everything off, sit quite, eyes closed, breath deeper , and it causes ur vibration to rise , better and u line up with ur inner being is and u start aggreeing with it and match it ",abraham hicks utube , joel osteen u are valueble , video ,and tony robbins and about his dad , remember become more u and be it inside u because of the law of attraction
Thanks for your comment! It’s definitely not a step by step process so keep at it. If you can find a balance between having a strong intention with acceptance of the overall process, you will get the best results. Thanks for checking out our content. If you’d like to take your releasing practice deeper with high-level coaching, we’d love to talk. - Andrew, The Fearless Man
Thanks for your comment Annette! All the best as you work with emotional revealing and releasing. If revealing and releasing feels new and foreign, one great tool is to reflect on the times you’ve already had emotional releases in your life. We have releases when we get over a breakup or a loss of some kind, or when we get tired of worrying about something and just accept it for example. In this video Brian is simply describing how we can do this more intentionally and increase our ability to let go of things more quickly. Here is another great video on the revealing process. - Andrew, The Fearless Man ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-s1ofPuRZE6c.html
I can feel/see myself living through these states at different times, struggle with balance from lifes challneges. But it`s a great point, start with courage, acceptance and peace and take from there, bit of structure brings clarity.
6 months after a serious relationship breakup, feels like I’m at peace. Funny thing, this emotions happen in everyday situations, at work, traffic, home, etc. It’s the cycle, that you notice, in others, in yourself, even pets.
This is the kind of deep work that I really have been looking for. Most people barely dive into the emotional process, which is where I am stuck. I am trying to release social nerves that are involuntary (at least at this stage) and most people just recommend taking "deep breaths". But this kind of superficial advice only addresses the symptoms and not the source. I have rheumatoid arthritis, and one of the symptoms of my nerves is that my neck muscles involuntarily tense up and won't release. As you mentioned in your video, if you could share a guided meditation to go through this method, I would be super grateful. Thank you for sharing all of this, & I look forward to exploring more of your content! 🙏🏻
so what you are saying is, I should just leave well enough alone and instead of spending my time torturing myself with getting rid of these negative emotions. I should focus on spending my time working on my positive emotions? Holy shit, this makes so much sense.
Really amazing, I understand the teachings very well. This is the missing key to the whole release community and thanks for teaching this for free THANK YOU. Love ♥
Thank you for the video. I needed to see this it gives me hope. I had a breakdown at 17 and it was diagnosed as drug induced psychosis but im thinking it was all repressed emotion. Iv been in and out of hospital from episodes and on medication not knowing what it was. Iv started seeing a psychologist and that in tandem with videos like this gives me hope. The psdt few days I can feel my anxiety rising to the point it feels like there's a demon trying to possess me. Its scary
Dr. Hawkins (who wrote Letting Go) was a psychiatrist (he actually had the biggest practice in the US for quite a while) and he said everything is physical, mental, and spiritual. You are working on the physical with meds, the mental with these videos. Consider looking into the spiritual aspect. Dr. Hawkins' books are a good start for that. Some suggestions are: Power Vs. Force, Letting Go, Transcending the Levels of Consciousness. - Andrew, TFM Team
Thanks for the video, Brian. I’ll take you up on that one-month challenge on meditating the higher states. I just finished reading Letting Go, and I have a lot of garbage to get through. Would love to see a video of a guided releasing exercise, too.
Thannnk you sooo much. I think my problem is I'm not accepting of my negative emotions so I can't let them go... Edited: I tried it and it really works! I'll do this everyday!
I realized I have apathy about my emotional life and choosing to be passive in my emotional life. Which I know is bad for relationships and attraction.
this is why entheogens are useful and valuable...they provide experiences of the upper levels to people at (focused on) the lower levels...experiences not soon forgotten and often life-changing.
I've had a grudge against my father who lives 1 hour away.. never said happy birthday, left my mother when she was pregnant with me, and I just have so much anger and riled up emotions that have dragged onto my life. I feel like letting go.. i want to replace that hate and anger I have with love.. i don't want this feeling that hurts my chest anymore.. thanks dude. I'm subscribed forever haha
Thanks a lot for sharing that here Jamie. That's a very noble thing, and rare in this world that you have decided to forgive your father. Very powerful. Good on you brother. Keep at that releasing work and let us know the updates. If you would like to know more about the coaching we offer and how we help men change their lives, reach out any time. In the meantime, here's a playlist of releasing videos. Cheers - Andrew, The Fearless Man ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GjqfUmyGyzI.html
I recommend Larry Cranes book also all based on Lester's original work called Love yourself and let the other person have it your way .Great after the Sedona method.
Hmm, very similar with D. Hawkins’ levels of consciousness and spiritual teachings. In his book you can dive deeper about the states of peoples being. back to the topic, very important info here. Letting go of lower states was one of the biggest openings in my life
Ahhhhh I see now. Brian everyday I will do this even if It's for 10 to 20 minutes. Thank you very much you are helping me to change my life in many ways. I mean you have no idea. Much love. Also as a suggestion could you do a guided meditation where you take us through this releasing process with nice ambient music.
I really like your videos! I guess no one else in this field has an approach like you to this matter. As a person who has a lot of problems with emotions in subconscious level, I follow the works of Dr. Joe Dispenza. He goes very deep into this subject and I really like the fact that somehow you are talking about the same thing! Thank you again Brian.
@@TheFearlessMan It would be if the world was ruled by love. Most people at the top are at lust and pride, they want you to live in fear and thoose other low vibration states, who will do all the work if people arent misserable and numb enough to work 12h a day. I went all the way from love (early childhood) to total apathy (now) and suicidal thoughts mostly because of the school. As I can observe now, your video moved me from apathy to grief, gave me a little hope. It is going to be a long process, but I will do my best to unf*ck myself. If one day I become something important I will make sure that all my intentions come from love. Your videos really help to change the world, thank you for putting this out here.
