Mac, loving this product and your videos so far. Question - Is there an optimal time of day to do a routine like this, say in the AM or does it not matter?

Hey great question. The optimal time is when you need it the most. Morning, mid day, late afternoon, or nighttime. The morning time and nighttime are great times to do it because starting your day less stressed or ending your day less stressed are perfect times. Start looking at your day where you are the most stressful. Morning, on the way to work, at work, gym, on the way home, evening etc. and start including a mini massage 1-5min help you feel less stressed, get out of fight or flight mode and be more relaxed. Would this be useful for someone experiencing pain when swinging their left leg into the car or raising their knee to put on pants?
