I do so many of your lymphatic drainage moves! I have a right frozen diaghram from delta covid in 2021. I was told COVID damaged the phrenic nerve. For some reason I’m still hopeful it will release. These movements felt incredible! Caused a rush to the brain! Thank you so much for all your videos. I share them with many and just ordered your Mojo Vibration Ball; this ball is used for all of your programs. 😊I didn’t want to risk ordering through Amazon & not get the right tool to help the entire nervous system and to decrease the muscular/fascial system.

Wow! The blood flow released! I love this! You need to teach this to all surgeons so they don't screw up the lymphatic system. When chemo port was put in it really screwed up my right side. I think it messed up my meridian flow and cut lymphs. Thank you. ❤

Double clamshell thoracotomy scar around my left upper chest front to back. I have to drain daily or sometimes I drain in the morning then a light one before bed. Makes a world of difference
I just want to thank you. A friend of mine has a bus driver has showed me the six points. I do that about twice a day and I just want to thank you for showing me the points. I’ve been doing it for a couple days to a weekend and I do feel a difference thank you again.

Thank you very much for this presentation. I have bone spurs on my cervical spine that give me serious nerve pain and also on my left side I find the nerve pain affects my hand, I shall try these exercises. I find my problems occur when l lay in bed, but dissipate when I sit up. Much appreciated!

No specifically but that region of the spine is a visceral referral zone for the stomach. Parkinson's patients always have gut, stomach and digestive issues. Try our energy breathing video that may help
Can the left mandibular joint be jammed and cut off blood flow too ? I swear I have this going on ontop of cervical instability and left clavicle thoracic outlet issues
What frequency rate is that ball doing, 10 Hz., and the range? There was a website called Quantum Touch, it taught how practicing vibrational touch enabled healing, and combined with pressure/massage along with it. I apply this to the big six. Also, the body seems to respond better with crosswise motion, up, down and left, right, alternating. Even when doing the tapping or slap motions, with large, and micro motions especially. The smaller the area is that's worked on, the better the gains.
I didn't have any pain... just low mood & lack of ambition & puffy collar bones & neck & under chin. I've been doing the big 6 for over a month, the neck muscle exercises etc and my low Back got really stiff and sore & I have a vertebrae that's skidding out of place in the area between bottom rib & pelvis. I have been to chiro twice. What can I do to alleviate that. I stopped doing the above things for a week and it got a bit better but I want to totally get rid of the puffiness.
Good that you were paying attention to what your body needs. Can't answer individual health related question because too many variables. Puffiness that does not resolve with the big six indicates a deeper central lymphatic issue. That we only teach in our courses
I love learning about the lymphatic system, the nervous system and how they all connect and interact. My Right hand gets colder than my left hand in the winter. I don’t have any tingling or nerve pain,just this cold feeling which I am guessing is poor circulation. Should this help with circulation and stop my Right hand from getting colder?
Yes this may help. Likely circulation. Check your blood pressure on both arms and see if there is a difference. Anything of 10mm hg difference indicates issue with circulation and nerves. You may have too much vasoconstriction on the colder side.
This soooo addresses " TMJ", SLEEP APNEA:, etc etc... yet NONE of those experts - selling you a ' breathing machine ' will EVER tell you Why you have those issues..
