Is there a way to keep the clone source 'static' so the it's not constantly moving when using the clone brush?

not sure how to open a CR3 file in photoshop?

I have to remoe the brandname from the top of brim of a blood sample tube. This part is quite much blurred but the letters are prominent. The difdicult part is that, the rest of the image is white and the cap of the tube only is purple (where the text is) and the whole part of the cap, except the brim has crevices throughout. Can u please guide me ?
