This is a good trick to remove a sleeve on a nitro RC engine. Only use multi strand wire not solid core.

Have you tried the coated wire and it cuts it? If so you may need to heat the block up. The block should expand faster than the sleeve

Even the wire isn’t working I’ve heated the block up n everything just cuts it
