This was nicely done. You kept the video short, numbered the disconnect points, then walked thru each one individually......both to disconnect and reinstall. Too many DIY video makers get lost in the details and don't think through and plan the steps like you did.....they take the viewer down unnecessary rabbit holes. Kudos!!
I spent an afternoon reinstalling my mower deck today and I was uncertain about if I did it correctly. I found your video and it was excellent! I think we have the same mower. Thanks for this video. It helped me a lot. I’ll double check everything, but I think I did it exactly the same way you showed.

Thank you for this really great video!! We have a different craftsman riding mower but this was close enough. We are re-installing the deck after repairs & got a bit lost for a bit. @@HowIDoItFaM Like others have said this is the best clearest video period for this job..I believe my problem why the belt keeps jumping is the right discharge spindles bearings are way too tight,and its a new spindle..the 2 brand new ones I bought are garbage,and I don;t ever say that about anything I have bought off Ebay..but they were tight when I took them out of the boxes..I did slap some grease in the bearings under the grease seal and they were fine for maybe 2 uses then tightened right back up..I think the deck is bowed / bent close to where the spindle mount is for the right side because as I was tightening the 4 mount bolts up I would turn the shaft and it was getting harder to spin the more I tightened the bolts up making the cast aluminum spindle material tweak..my dad thinks its because the belt is in the loop / hook on the backside where the belt goes around the 2 large outside pulleys. anyway as always always the best info and videos from you !
@ 1:03 on the rear of the deck you can see the holes on the deck levers if you zoom in. Just make sure you are putting both rods in the same holes on both of the levers. @ 0:30 There is also a nut on the rod connecting the deck to the mower on the front of the deck. This is where you adjust the forward tilt of mower.
@@andreslaurel2952 yep that's more than likely your issue. You may also want to check your blades ( that's if you recently changed those) to make sure they are on the right way. Thanks for watching!
