How to remove and replace your foot shell.  

where can i order a new foot shell without a doctors rx

I used a hairdryer to "soften" the rubber so it would loosen and become pliable.

My prosthetist glued a hard rubber gasket around the top of the shell opening and it won't stretch to allow the foot out. I guess I need leverage with a shoehorn.
