currently having issues with my pc need to pay £19 for malware fox ive used malwarebytes last night and it found the trojans should i still purchase this? if i try and search for something on chrome/edge or anywhere it tells me it cant through the antivirus i installled
When I click the link to Malware Fox, it is asking me to download "Total AV Antivirus." Is this correct? UPDATE: I finally figured out that my issue was within Chrome, not on my computer. None of the 5 anti-virus programs I tried even found anything wrong. So I watched a different video that explained how to completely delete Chrome off my computer (more than just uninstalling it) and that is what finally worked.
@Yourmomwenttogetmilk I tried about 5 different anti-virus programs that were recommended by videos like this but none of them helped. The issue for me was in Chrome rather than on my computer. I ended up just plain uninstalling Chrome but that included deleted the files on my computer completely. (A different video was extremely helpful in walking me through that process.) Now my problem is officially fixed after reinstalling Chrome and starting from scratch. Thankfully because I have a Google account, all my passwords and bookmarks were saved and reappeared as soon as I log in.
@@rossp4717 Took me a while to find back, but I think this is the one. This guy does an excellent job of step-by-step troubleshooting. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-D5oYrpVa1YM.html
Thank you so much, I was so angry, because with this I couldn't do my work. Then I scrolled in RU-vid , and there were just Indian videos. I watched yours and MalwareFox helped me. THANKS!
About to try this now. I got infected somehow when I never downloaded anything. I was regularly watching RU-vid and then that popped up. I must’ve clicked a malicious ad or extension on my end which caused this cause I also did turn my ad blocker off that day as well ):
My browser hijacker is super aggressive. This fixed the issue but the BH is still on my PC, it just doesn’t actually do anything. Whenever I open Roblox or any other sites, a black panel appears then closes. It restarts my Chrome and usually, it sends me to a different browser but it doesn’t do anything now. It’s still annoying that it’s still here though.
@@Honsofhoops No, I haven’t. I used Task Manager to find what was causing it and I found it. I ended the task and deleted it from my files. That seemed to work for a couple days but it’s back.
I have removed the extension. Removed the chrome folder where the extension says it’s from. And reinstalled chrome soo many times. Nothing is working I don’t understand. How do I know what the virus is called in the uninstal list??? I can’t just uninstall everything. What if it’s not even there. This is so stupid.
Oh my gos thank you so much it was so simple too. But when I got the searchgoose browser I had 2 open whenever I open Microsoft edge but nothing really happens. Usually I just open another tab which brings me to my normal browser and delete the other 2 tabs. I had no difficulty with anything but it was so annoying.
@purple spinel used something called malwarebytes, kinda fixed the problem, it warned me when it was heppening, but didn't fix it as a whole, ended up changing seach engine from google to duck duck go, and now I'm good, good luck man
Ok the comments below may seem like fake ones and people payed by the program to tell positive comments but as a real human being and been hacked bay a mallwear on my browser that made things horrible (it is named as Active Search Bar, it's a google extantion that u cannot remove) this video helped me alot by deleting the exttantion with the second step so if u r not sure if this program is safe or not be aware of any doubt it is a usefull one tthat realy work :)
Does this actually work? Byte fence anti malware and chromium are browser hijackers I learned, but is it still safe if I download that malware fox on a browser hijacker? Please respond
what if i cant remove that suspicious program? it wont let me remove that suspicious program, it will say "NSIS error: error launching installer" anyone knows what to do? i will be gratefull forever, honestly
Some times you cant remove the extension bcs there are viruses and they put settings so you cant remove the extension if you try it just says: "this extension is run by your
@@StepbroPau If you can get to your extensions and look at it, you might be able to find the file location and delete it temporarily, but it will come back, so maybe after deleting it, run a scan so that it might find and remove the core code
bro I was so happy to download malware fox to remove hijaker from my browser but now I am not able to reach the website because of the problem i am facing. x(
After a few ours of digging and troubleshooting... Delete your Profiles attached to your browsers and boom gone.. just need to sign back in and it should be back to normal. HOPE THIS HELPS! GOOD LUCK!
i am having an issue, when i open the browser, it is managed by an organisation, it has the extension Apps 1.0(that i am not able to delete), it has a file on my pc, 'zope-1.0-py39haa95532_1', what all this is doing is that iy removed the images oprtion from my browser. Press windows key +r, a search box will appear. Type in these e things. First type Prefetch and look at the files, 2nd search is type %temp% search what's inside the files see if you see anything claiming to be from windows, it could be malware/ Spyware programs acting like there from windows, the next thing you type is temp delete as much as possible out of those 3 things.o could not find anything physically oj the browsers so there hiding it in Note pad files. U can RU-vid how to make viruses using Note pad, its actually a real thing.
sometimes it can be an extension if you have any extensions in your browser like google chrome extension or opera extensions it can be that so remove those that you know are not trustworthy
