What would work is a fresh reinstall of windows..so without keeping settings and stuff... i guess. Looks like something is changed, likely permissions. All folks talk about is malware and stuff. I tried a pack instruction how to remove but that only worked for a day. Also reistall with keeping settings and stuff only worked for a day. The main problem here is we know it is a browser hijacker but sites keep giving wrong solutions to the problem.
Even if the speaker had a near-native accent, the music would still be a nuisance and interfere with voice discrimination. A video about removing browser hijackers is not entertainment; it doesn't need and doesn't benefit from music.
