Absolutely brilliant. We were quoted £150 to have the chrome side panels in our evoque wrapped in a carbon film. Thanks to this video, I took the parts out myself and wrapped the panels in my kitchen. Total cost of £5.08p and a few minutes watching this vid. Thankyou for posting. Don't suppose you have a vid showing how to remove the stop start button panel too do you?

It may be after this process you get a handbrake error but after you turn the ignition on a couple of times the fault should clear.

Hi - my car is the 5 door model and they only fitted these to the 3 door models...I think they just pop out but will take a look. Out of interest why do you want to change them ? colour change ?

Would you recommend disconnecting the battery before remove this console? reason I ask is because the traction control ECU will detect handbrake not active and give you a warning light for traction control which will need to be disabled by the dealer - or will this not happen?
