Thank you man, we’ve been in our house for three years and renovated it top to bottom but have been absolutely STUMPED on how to get these kinds of windows clean. I didn’t realize the sky was so blue…

How do I repair this type of window when it won't go down all the way? Also when very hard to make it go up or down or gets stuck?
