I watched your video however how would you suggest cleaning the upper glass that doesn't tilt? I would think to use a long handled squeezy washer from the outside or reach out from the tilted lower sash. Any thoughts?
That's the problem with single hung windows; you either reach out the window to clean them (which could get sketchy for upper floors), or you get a ladder.
