I have a skin prone to acne skin and sensitive skin. I will share the things worked for me in controlling it. I reduced my consumption of sugar and prepared at home with nutritious foods. I also ate nut varieties, seed varieties, and fresh coconut to keep cool. I tried to stay relaxed and not worry too much. I used sunscreen and cleaned my face twice with litleeextra riceberyy face wash. I changed my pillowcase every other day. I always tied up my hair and consumed a lot of water. I stopped contacting my face too much. I stuck to my routine without skipping a day.

I have been using Akosma suncare as my sunscreen. I have a very oily skin with marks from acne. Can you suggest a good alternate that gives the same application like Akosma sun are since sometimes Akosma is not readily available in the market?
