hey bro, that's really odd. I usually edit without headphones myself, but this time tried to use headphones just to see if I get the same issue. So I set my output device to Speakers in Audio Hardware. Then in Audio unclick Mute input during timeline recording. When I used headphones I didn't mute the track on the timeline and just recorded a voice over and my voice-over doesn't have either echo or any noise from the first audio track. Hope this will help!
@@tekiero maybe you can reset settings in Adobe Premiere to default. Because by default I don't get echo if I'm using headphones. But on another hand, if you check that Mute box it should fix it anyway. I will let you know if I get any more info about this issue. I'd appreciate it if you sub to my channel to support my small youtube channel! Thanks!
Hi Adyn, that checkbox only mutes input during timeline recording aka voice-over, so it's not affecting your recording when you replay it. There's got to be another issue with your microphone connection. Please see if you have the proper microphone chosen in the program settings.
