What if your head doesn’t have that slot. My last two Ryobi trimmers don’t have access to hole. One gas and one cordless

Maybe they are slightly older. I had to remove a ton of grass from mine to get access.

@@DIYwithCam actually brand new 40v cordless and maybe same thing on 1+ year gas. Want to put on PivotTrim and they maybe made it harder so you buy their brand new

@wwclark sure are. I'm trying to get a lawn mower fixed under warranty and its a nightmare
