how to remove nissan shifter knob 

Dude, you have no idea how helpful this was, i have a 2013 nissan sentra and its standard, I've tried so many times trying to take the damn thing off, I've tried the twisting, but nothing. I've searched everywhere also and found nothing, so kudos to you man, thanks a lot.

Helpful, but do a 14 minute video from a gear knob removal... he should be a politician. They can talk hours from nothing.

Super helpful, got a 2013 nissan pulsar st, looked everywhere online and everyone kept saying, just keep spinning it, but it wouldnt spin, found this and bam first try got it off, well plastic part i tore apart to get off, and reused bottom of it as helped snug fit my new shifter onto it

I tried twisting off of the white cap part and it exploded from the amount of force i used to twist i felt like I was One Punch Man or some shit. Thanks tho it worked. Got my Black Katana shifter lookin like a samurai in my Sentra. Lol

To get the white part off I had to....put some heat to it and cut off the tip then oil it with DW40. Came off in 2 minutes.

Just lit tape over the original plastic until the knob screws on and forget that damn adapter and all the extra work involved
