The rear bumper is easier. Just pop off the tail lights, undo the fasteners exposed with the engine cover open, then get a few screws under the rear wheel wells and lower portion of the bumper. No wheel liners to mess with nor. Lifting of the car.
i have been thinking about putting the aero kit on my 997.2 S I would be interest to know how you find the driving experience post the aero kit specifically the high sped stability
hi there I was just about to remove the bumper to get it repainted and was looking forward to watching your generally really helpful videos - but on this one - removing and putting back the clips is impossible! how do you actually do that? thanks
@@CarFanatic thank you for your reply - mine is actually a gen 2 car just like yours - all the first steps are fine to remove the wheel housing and clips for light washer and side lights - even in the front tub behind the bumper that is fine - but the clips at the side - I just cant work that out - because you cant see them - so heaven forbid how on earth do you put them when putting the bumper back on? thank you
I opted for the PCCBs when I ordered my 06 S cab. At 126,000 plus miles and still on the factory installed pads all around. Pads have 7mm remaining-about 60% remaining.
