if anyone needs it I have an issue with my account PIN, I got hacked and managed to log in, but whoever the hacker was, they put a PIN in my account and now I can't manage anything on my account without a PIN.

Dude it didn’t really work for me, I contacted Roblox, followed them steps, but guess what they did? NOTHING and the worse part bout it is they didn’t even try to remove my PIN cuz I literally forgot it, AND logged me outta my account, took me a long time to get in, so idk how it worked for all these people, but not me? Please someone tell me what I’m doing wrong- 😕

The support just told me to reset my password and completely ignored the fact that I talked about the pin settings and now if I try to contact them again it says to many attempts and I can't get help.
