I'm sure someone else must have had a go at changing the rear sprocket, the chain and front sprocket looked pretty recent. I think a bolt that size with a 5mm hex and been in there for years, you'll be lucky to get it out. The RS along with my other two rebuilds, ktm rc125 and the crf450r have barely been touched since I moved into the workshop. I've been busy on customers bikes and quads (which isn't a bad thing) I'm going to have to make time to get stuck in about them. When I was working in my shed, I had a nice little production line going.

@@att49356 No pressure, I'm eager to get back on to them and get them sold to fund more projects. I also get great satisfaction when someone buys one of these bikes I've done.
