No there is no such need of laser it's when it's too severe it goes away itself when you cut off sun exposure and you can use sunscreen and lotions with glycolic acid lactic acid kojic acid and many more and sunscreen is a must I do had tan on my Han and it was too much I stopped going out in direct sunlight used some protection and now it is fully gone
