I have a 2014 Nissan frontier in the serpentine belt slips off when it’s raining out and there’s no play wobble in the tensioner belt is new Why does it come off? please and thank you

Whoa no way that's hecka weird ...I honestly have no idea the only thing I can think off is a pully somewhere must be of centered. Or replacing the hydraulic tensioner. Even tho it looks good and feels solid, it might not be as stiff under tension and causing it to come off. Found this on Google (What would cause my serpentine belt to fall off? Belt coming off: Pulley misalignment, belt misalignment on pulley, defective tensioner, or bearing wear in tensioner, idler or driven accessories.)
