Sequel To The Black Bars :
* It is not effective to cut the resolution scale, because there are standard resolution sizes like (720p , 1080p, 4k), cutting the frame will always give you black bars because it is set in a
non-standard size video frame.
* You can manually scale a video with black bars to a standard sized frame in premiere pro but beware because when you scale it, it will stretch the dimension of the video.
* Full Screen is commonly used in many different kinds of videos.
( with black bars are mostly used for cinematic, montage and aesthetics videos).
* I’ve already tried turning off [mercury transmit] in premiere pro but that didn’t work for me either.
