Thank you, I’m removing my dashboard soon as I bought a nice leather Brabus edition dash on eBay, I’m waiting to see you do it before I start, not because I lack confidence but just because you make such detailed videos that I know it will save me a lot of time. I expect I will upgrade the speakers while I’m down there.. the factory ones are truly awful. I particularly like the detailed explanation on how to remove connectors, it’s great to know in advance how the things come apart.. I’m starting to get the impression that you have an engineering background.

On the safety triangle plug connectors, don't the white bits just pop out leaving the black outers in place? I resoldered my clock recently and just unclipped the white part
