How to Remove the Shortcut Arrow on Icon Files in Windows 

*CORRECTION*
Copy the blank.ico file to the Windows folder, not Windows\System like mentioned in the video.
If you have a lot of shortcuts to files, folder or programs and don't like to see the arrow on your shortcut icons, you can easily remove this arrow so it is not shown on any of your shortcuts.
