Nice video! Just one thing, always make sure you completely deflate your tire before removing that axle nut. Just wanted to mention that since it wasn't shown in the video :)
@@rcbif101 because the wheels on planes like that are usually the split design, meaning there’s 2 halves to the wheel that you fasten together. So while removing the wheel/tire from the aircraft, if one of those fasteners were mistaken for the fasteners holding it to the axle hub, or if some of the bolts had failed, the tire pressure could cause it to burst apart and into you
@@rcbif101 You don't need to deflate. The bolts holding the wheel are strong enough UNLESS there is damage. Deflating can cause issues with the bead or the innertube if you use one.
i hope, you already played with this safety wire, before operating the camera O.o looked like it was loose. what is the purpose of this distingtive hangar shape? in europe, you would not find this kind of hangar anywhere
Do you like the Air Trac tires better than Air Hawks? I currently have Condors (almost gone) but I'm thinking of switching to Air Hawks. Any take on that? Thanks
hi chief, thanks for your helpful demonstration, now what have you done on highlander so far? looks like a fun plane, what engine are planning to get? best of luck.
