Hi Sir, I was trying to renew my Ptin and by mistake I clicked that I have SSN which I don’t have. Now system is asking for SSN number. What should I do?

a quick question. if your ptin was not renewed in 2020 However in 2022 you are going to work from home in a new tax firm. Do you need to renew it 2021 and enter the personal address as a business address? is it right? Do you need continuing education before renewing the ptin?
